Terms & Conditions

These terms cover the Algos CRM website and the CRM workspace. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the product, you agree to them.

Updated October 30, 2026

The service

Algos CRM is a CRM for leads, customers, tasks, conversations, reports, and the people who work them. Each company has its own workspace. What a person can see inside that workspace depends on the role you assign.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the account you create and for the people you invite. Keep sign-in details private, and remove access when someone leaves the team.

Roles decide what each person can open - leads, customers, tasks, reports, and administration. An admin invitation is not a shared login.

Your workspace data

Leads, customers, notes, tasks, files, and messages you add belong to your company. Algos CRM hosts that data so your team can work from it. You decide what to enter, who on your team can see it, and when to export or delete it.

Website leads you send into the pipeline are treated as workspace data, the same as a lead created by hand.

Acceptable use

Use Algos CRM for your own business. Do not use it to break the law, send spam, probe other companies' workspaces, or interfere with the service.

  • Do not upload data you do not have a right to store.
  • Do not attempt to access another company's records.
  • Do not resell the service as your own product without a written agreement.

AI features

Ask Algos answers questions about the records your role is allowed to see, and can open the matching list. Lead scores, follow-up drafts, inbox summaries, and suggested replies are drafts for a person to check.

Nothing is sent to a customer until someone on your team sends it. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for what you send.

Trials and plans

A free trial, when offered, does not require a card to start. Paid plans, limits, and billing terms are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. We may change plan details for future billing periods and will say so before they apply to a renewal.

Availability

We work to keep Algos CRM available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures can interrupt the service. Export the records you need to keep a copy outside the product.

Intellectual property

The Algos CRM name, interface, and software stay ours. Your content stays yours. You give us permission to host and process that content only so we can provide the service to your workspace.

Ending access

You can stop using Algos CRM at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, or close an account that has been unused after a trial ends. On request, we will explain how to export workspace data before access ends, where that data is still available.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Algos CRM is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will also surface it in the product or by email to the account owner.
