Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Algos CRM collects on the public website and inside the CRM, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Updated October 30, 2026

Who this covers

It covers visitors to the marketing site, people who create or join a workspace, and the customer, lead, and conversation records those workspaces store. If you are a contact in someone else's CRM, that company is responsible for why your details are there. We process those records on that company's behalf.

Information you give us

We collect what you submit.

  • Account details: name, email, password, and role.
  • Workspace records: leads, customers, tasks, notes, activities, and messages.
  • Messages you send through the contact form, including a demo request.
  • Billing details when you move onto a paid plan, handled by the payment provider.

Information collected as you use Algos CRM

We keep operational logs needed to run the product: sign-in events, pages requested, and actions recorded in the activity log your admins can review. We also store the notification and search activity required for those features to work inside your company.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the CRM, keep workspaces separate, answer support requests, secure accounts, and understand which parts of the product are used. We do not sell workspace records.

AI inside your workspace

Ask Algos reads the records your role is allowed to see so it can answer a question and link you to the matching list. Scoring, follow-up drafts, and inbox summaries are generated from that same workspace. They are shown to you to review. Algos CRM does not send a message to your customer until a person sends it.

Who we share it with

People in your company see what their role allows. We share data with infrastructure and email providers only so they can host the app, deliver mail, or process a payment. We disclose information if the law requires it, or to investigate abuse of the service.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data stays while the workspace is active. Contact-form messages are kept long enough to reply and to keep a record of the request. When a workspace is closed, we delete or de-identify the records on a reasonable schedule, except where we must keep them for security, billing, or legal reasons.

Security

Workspaces are isolated by company. Roles limit what each person can open. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so protect your password and invite only people who should see the records.

Your choices

You can update your profile, export reports, and ask us to close an account. If you are a contact stored by one of our customers, contact that company first - they control the record. You can also email us and we will help route the request.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember a session, and protect forms. We do not use them to sell advertising profiles.
